If for any reason you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Only 1st time subscribers and subscribers that signed up WITHOUT our previously offered 10-day trial (no longer available) or our TradingView essentials plan coupon codes are eligible for a refund.

‍Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your initial subscription date. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be considered. Only first-time subscribers are eligible for a refund. Users who received a 10-day trial or a TradingView coupon code are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are at the vendor's discretion as per JVZoo's policy and are subject to JVZoo’s refund policy found here. ‍

How to Request a Refund

1. Request via JVZoo Portal:
Visit the JVzoo Refund Portal and follow the instructions to request your refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation does not initiate a refund.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Manage Your Subscription:
Log in to your JVzoo portal here and navigate to the ‘Manage Your Subscription’ section.

2. Cancel Subscription:
Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been successfully canceled.

Important Notes
- JVZoo Transaction Fees: Refunds will be issued less JVZoo’s transaction fees.  
- No Partial Refunds: Refunds are only for the full subscription amount within the first 30 days.·        
- One Refund Per Customer: Each customer is entitled to one refund only.
- Access Revoked: Once a refund or cancellation is completed, you will no longer have access to the Quantigenics invite-only scripts on TradingView.
